Red Rock Cleaning – Terms and Conditions
By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of Red Rock Cleaning.
1. Definitions
"The Company" refers to Red Rock Cleaning and any subsidiaries, affiliates, or franchisees.
"The Client" refers to the person, entity, or representative requesting and/or receiving the cleaning services.
2. The Contract
2.1. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding contract between Red Rock Cleaning and The Client.
2.2. Acceptance of services—whether booked via telephone, email, our website forms, or third-party platforms—constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3. Payment, Interest, and Collections
3.1. Payment Authorization: The Client authorizes the Company to charge the credit card on file immediately upon completion of the service.
3.2. Due Date: For invoiced clients, payment is due upon receipt unless otherwise specified in writing.
3.3. Late Fees & Interest: Payments not received within thirty (30) days of the invoice date are considered past due. In accordance with US industry standards, past-due balances will accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower, calculated from the date the payment was originally due.
3.4. Collections: If an account remains unpaid for sixty (60) days, the account will be deemed in default. The Company reserves the right to refer the account to our third-party collection agency, Rocket Receivables.
3.5. Recovery Costs: The Client agrees to pay all costs of collection, including but not limited to reasonable attorney’s fees, court costs, and collection agency commissions.
4. SMS and Electronic Communications
4.1. Consent: By providing your mobile number, you may opt-in to receive transaction-related and marketing SMS notifications.
4.2. Optionality: SMS consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt-out at any time by replying STOP.
4.3. Privacy: Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
5. Equipment and Safety
5.1. The Company provides standard professional cleaning supplies. If the Client requests the use of their own equipment (e.g., vacuums) or specialized chemicals, they must be in safe, working order. The Company assumes no liability for damage caused by Client-provided equipment.
5.2. For the safety of our staff, the Company will not move heavy furniture (over 35 lbs) or clean biohazardous materials (mold, extreme hoarding, animal/human waste) unless specifically contracted for specialized cleaning.
6. Cancellation and Access
6.1. 24-Hour Rule: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment.
6.2. Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or "lock-outs" where the cleaner cannot access the property, will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service fee.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee & Refunds
7.1. 24-Hour Correction: We do not offer cash refunds. If the Client is dissatisfied, they must notify the Company within 24 hours of service. We will send a team to re-clean the specific areas of concern at no additional charge.
7.2. Finality: Claims made after the 24-hour window will be considered resolved and closed.
8. Liability and Insurance
8.1. Damage Claims: While we treat your home with care, accidents can happen. Red Rock Cleaning is insured. All claims of damage must be reported within 24 hours and supported by photographic evidence.
8.2. Limitation of Liability: The Company’s liability for any single cleaning visit is limited to the total cost of that specific service.
9. Non-Solicitation
9.1. The Client agrees not to solicit, hire, or contract any cleaner introduced by the Company for a period of one (1) year following the termination of services. A referral fee of $2,500 will be due to the Company if this clause is breached.
10. Execution of Services
Red Rock Cleaning commits to performing the services outlined in your written quote or booking confirmation. It is your responsibility to review the listed services prior to our arrival and notify us of any additional work required. Our pricing and scheduling are based solely on the services specified in your quote. Any unlisted services are not included and may require a separate quote or adjustment.
All cleaning is performed by one or more team members operating on behalf of Red Rock Cleaning. When you book with us, you are engaging Red Rock Cleaning as a company, not an individual cleaner or staff member.
Arrival and service times are estimates. We make every effort to arrive within the scheduled window, but unforeseen circumstances—such as traffic, previous job delays, or emergencies—may occasionally cause delays. If we are running late or need to reschedule, we will notify you as soon as possible.
We reserve the right to assign or reassign cleaning staff at our discretion. While we strive for consistency, we cannot guarantee a specific cleaner for every visit. A change in assigned personnel does not entitle you to a discount, refund, or service cancellation. If you request a particular cleaner, we will do our best to accommodate that request but cannot promise their availability.
You are responsible for providing us access to the property at the scheduled time. If we are unable to enter the premises for any reason, you remain responsible for the full cost of the scheduled service.
We highly recommend being present at the conclusion of each cleaning to inspect the work. If you are unavailable at completion, the service will be deemed accepted as soon as our team leaves the property.
11. Other Workers on Site
Red Rock Cleaning cannot be held responsible for the quality of our work if other workers—such as contractors, movers, maintenance staff, or any third-party personnel—are present and active in the home during our service. Their presence may interfere with our ability to clean thoroughly. If you choose to have other workers on-site, you agree that our results may be impacted and any subsequent recleaning required as a result will be at your expense.
12. Services Not Included
The following items are outside the scope of standard cleaning and are not included unless specifically added to your written quote:
- Wall Washing: Not included in any standard package. Available upon request for an additional fee.
- Tile Grout and Caulking: Deep cleaning of grout and repair or replacement of caulking are specialized services and are not part of routine cleaning. We can clean the affected surfaces but make no guarantees regarding stains or mold.
- Dishwasher Interiors: We clean exterior surfaces only. Interior dishwasher cleaning is not provided.
- Exterior Cleaning: We do not clean exterior areas, outside windows, driveways, walkways, or any surface outside the interior of the home.
13. Terms of Purchase
Quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. If a quote expires, a new quote may be required before services can be scheduled. We look forward to working with you.
We offer three ways to purchase our services:
- Flat-Rate Services. We offer flat-rate pricing based on the scope of work described in your quote. The flat rate is determined by the nature of the work, the estimated time to complete it, the number of cleaners required, and other relevant factors. The flat rate is subject to adjustment if the scope of work changes or if additional services are requested.
- Hourly Services. We also offer services billed on an hourly basis. Hourly services are provided at your direction, as needed, at the hourly rate specified in your quote. Time is billed in fifteen-minute increments.
- Recurring Cleaning Services. We offer recurring cleaning on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly schedule. The pricing and scope of recurring services are customized based on your needs, the size of your home, frequency, and other factors.
Recurring services renew automatically at the agreed-upon interval. You will be billed according to the plan you selected. No further action is required to continue service. If you wish to cancel or modify your recurring plan, you must do so in accordance with the cancellation terms outlined below. All recurring services are subject to our Cancellation and Rescheduling policy.
14. Workplace Safety
The safety of our team is a top priority at Red Rock Cleaning. To protect our cleaners and maintain a safe working environment, we do not perform the following:
- Height Restrictions. Cleaning is limited to areas that can be safely reached from a two-step ladder. Our insurance prohibits work beyond this height. For tasks requiring higher reach—such as high windows, ceiling fixtures, or upper cabinets—we recommend contacting a licensed professional.
- Biohazard Materials. We do not clean blood, bodily fluids, medical waste, or any other biohazardous substances.
- Pest Infestations. We do not clean homes or areas with active insect or rodent infestations.
- Mold and Toxins. We do not clean areas affected by mold, fungal contamination, or other environmental toxins.
- Unsafe Conditions. We reserve the right to refuse any task that could reasonably endanger the health, safety, or well-being of our team members.
15. Undisclosed Pest Infestation Policy
If an active pest infestation—including but not limited to bed bugs, roaches, fleas, or termites—is present and was not disclosed prior to our arrival, Red Rock Cleaning reserves the right to immediately refuse or halt service. No refund will be issued in such cases. Undisclosed infestations pose a severe health and contamination risk to our staff and to other clients we serve. Full disclosure is required before your scheduled appointment.
16. Limitations of Service
We take pride in delivering high-quality work. However, there are certain limitations to our service, outlined below.
- Pets. It is your responsibility to secure and supervise your pets during our visit. Red Rock Cleaning is not liable for the health or safety of pets except in cases of gross negligence on our part. By way of example, if a pet ingests a cleaning product while we are working and becomes ill, we cannot accept responsibility for that outcome.
- Personal Property and Valuables. It is your responsibility to ensure that your belongings are suitable for cleaning with standard professional products. Before our arrival, please store away wallets, jewelry, cash, important documents, and any other valuables to prevent misplacement or accidental damage. You are also responsible for identifying any irreplaceable, fragile, or specialty items and either removing them from the cleaning area or clearly pointing them out to our team. Red Rock Cleaning is not liable for damage to personal property that occurs as a result of normal cleaning. By way of example, if a piece of furniture has a unique finish that reacts poorly to standard cleaning solutions and we were not informed of this, we cannot accept responsibility.
- Fixtures. It is your responsibility to ensure that all fixtures, fittings, and home décor are properly installed and in good working condition. Red Rock Cleaning is not liable for damage to fixtures that were loose, improperly secured, or otherwise not in good repair prior to our cleaning. By way of example, if blinds fall or break during routine dusting due to prior wear or faulty installation, we cannot accept responsibility.
- Damage Claims. All claims related to damage are subject to the Limitation of Liability provisions set forth in these Terms.
- Security Deposits. Red Rock Cleaning makes no guarantees regarding the outcome of any security deposit inspection, evaluation, or dispute between you and a landlord, property manager, buyer, or other third party. Our services are not a warranty of compliance with any third-party property condition requirements.
17. Move-In / Move-Out Cleanings
The following additional terms apply to move-in/move-out services:
- We require uninterrupted access to the property to honor our Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are turning keys over to a property manager, landlord, buyer, or agent, you must provide us with their contact information in advance so we can coordinate directly if any issues arise.
- Once keys are surrendered and we no longer have access to the property, our Satisfaction Guarantee is considered fulfilled and no refunds will be issued.
- For move-in cleanings, if movers arrive immediately after our service and place furniture or belongings before any concerns are reported, you agree that any needed touch-ups will be completed post-move-in to the best of our ability. Refunds will not be issued when access is restricted or unavailable due to key turnover or move-in timing.
18. Unexpected Property Conditions
Our pricing is based on the condition of the property as described at the time of booking. If our team arrives and finds that the home requires substantially more time due to conditions that were not disclosed or that differ materially from what was described, we will notify you immediately. This includes—but is not limited to—excessive grease buildup on kitchen cabinets, stovetops, or vent hoods. At that point, you may choose to: (i) authorize additional time at an adjusted rate, or (ii) have us complete as much as possible within the original booked time. We will not exceed the original scope of work without your express approval.
19. Photography for Promotional Use
By using our services, you grant Red Rock Cleaning permission to take photographs of the work performed—including before and after images—for use in marketing, advertising, and promotional materials, including our website and social media accounts.
You will not be entitled to any compensation, royalty, or similar payment for such use. We are under no obligation to use any photographs taken at your property.
20. Intellectual Property
All content on the Red Rock Cleaning website is protected by United States and international copyright law. This content is owned exclusively by Red Rock Cleaning or licensed to us. You may not—and may not assist or encourage others to—reproduce, distribute, display, sell, transfer, license, or commercially exploit any copyrighted material from our website without our prior written consent. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.
Red Rock Cleaning, our name, logos, slogans, and related branding are trademarks or service marks of Red Rock Cleaning. All rights in these marks are reserved. You may not use any of our marks, logos, or graphics without our prior written consent.
21. Disclaimer
Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Red Rock Cleaning and its owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, and fitness for a particular purpose.
We expressly disclaim liability for any loss or damage you may sustain in connection with the use of our services.
While we strive for excellence, no service is perfect. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact us and we will make every effort to address your concerns.
22. Limitation of Liability
Red Rock Cleaning shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control or for any damage that does not result from a breach of our obligations under these Terms.
We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall our total liability to you for any and all claims exceed the total amount you paid Red Rock Cleaning for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to our services or these Terms—whether in contract, warranty, or tort (including negligence)—must be brought within one (1) year of the date the claim arose.
23. Indemnification
Each party agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the other party and its directors, officers, owners, managers, employees, and agents from and against any and all losses, damages, liabilities, reasonable attorney fees, court costs, and expenses arising out of or related to: (a) the use of the services; (b) a breach of these Terms by that party; or (c) applicable law.
24. General Provisions
- a. Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with your written quote, constitute the entire agreement between you and Red Rock Cleaning.
- b. Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver or limitation of our right to subsequently enforce strict compliance with every provision.
- c. Assignment. You may not assign, transfer, or delegate any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
- d. Relationship of Parties. Nothing in these Terms creates an agency, employment, franchise, joint venture, or partnership relationship between you and Red Rock Cleaning. We are responsible for all tax withholdings and payments arising from our services.
- e. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Except for claims related to non-payment by you or the posting of a false review without first affording us a reasonable opportunity to cure, all disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS, to be held in Las Vegas, Nevada. The prevailing party in any dispute shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorney's fees and costs.
- f. Class Action Waiver. To the extent permitted by law, you and Red Rock Cleaning agree that any dispute is personal to the parties and shall be resolved solely through individual arbitration. No dispute shall be brought as a class arbitration, class action, or any other representative proceeding.
- g. Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
